Changes are free up to 24 hours before your appointment, anything after this point cannot be changed or refunded. Our payment system charges a non-refundable 3% processing fee, which unfortunately cannot be returned. This fee will be deducted from any refund.

If you want to book a mobile treatment but live further than 8 miles away from the city centre, please send me an e-mail before booking.
