I am a Bristol-based massage and bodywork practitioner.

I work in a multifaceted way to help release pain stress and tension from your body. At a basic level I work with the muscular system, but in addition to that I am also working with your lymphatic, myofascial and nervous systems.

I believe that the body keeps the score, and what you may forget, the body remembers and I am here to help you to relax and rest so the body can remember and release.

I offer my treatments from my lovely little shipping container studio in Willway Yard, easy to find and free parking in Asda car park just a 3 min walk away.
